1. Management/Owner reserves sole discretion concerning the interpretation and/or intent of Park policies, procedures, standard operating practices and rules of Clearwater RV Park. All rules are enforced on all customers to maintain fairness, safety and order. Clearwater RV Park is a privately owned property and is not a trailer park.


2. Check out is 11AM, please call if you need to extend your stay.


2. Park rates as published  are based on one (1) unit (recreational vehicle/camper)   per camp site and includes two (2) adults (18 or older). We require a photo ID for each adult. Notify the office if the number of full time persons increases more than two (2). Copies of rates are available in the office and on this website under "rates" & "other rates".


3. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM and is strictly enforced: Unsatisfactory behavior such as excessive drinking, loud obscene language, loud music, fighting, illegal drugs or any type of behavior deemed as inappropriate or unsafe constitutes cancellation of your agreement and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Firearms, illegal items or fireworks are not allowed. Pearl River County does not allow alcoholic beverages.


4. Smoking is not allowed  in any building of the park: DO NOT throw butts or any debris on the ground.


5. The garbage dumpster is for household waste only: No organic material (grass, leaves, limbs) or large bulky items. Please break down cardboard boxes. 


6. Keep your lot clear of clutter: No storage or personal effects outside of your unit: including freezers, refrigerators, window air conditioners, garbage cans, large tables, excessive chairs, exercise equipment, potted plants (max of 10), excessive decorations (max of 2). You are allowed a camper table and camping chairs to accommodate your party. Your camp site  size is 20' x 50': Anything outside must be kept close by your camper and out of the way of any lawn care activities. DO NOT store items under your camper. A maximum of two (2) storage boxes (dark, neutral colors) MAY BE allowed with permission of management. ASK FIRST! Vehicle maintenance is not allowed on your lot unless approved by management. No tarps on roofs, vehicles or the ground. Repair as soon as possible; roofs, leaking sewer/water hoses, flat tires and tattered/torn awnings.

7. Pay excessive water usage fees as indicated:  washing car/campers, watering plants, small pools, washer inside your unit, etc. See "other rates".


8. Do not overload (>10 lbs) or misuse the laundry machines:  Please do not put more than one washing machine load into a  dryer. Do not wash/dry large pillows, blankets or comforters.  Be courteous to other' s time: set a timer if you must leave laundry unattended.  Use liquid detergent only. If you have free giveaways, you may leave in the laundry room but please remove after 3 days if they are not taken. Please keep both doors to the laundry room and bathrooms shut. There is a dehumidifier in use. Quarters are available in the office. Outside clothes lines are NEVER allowed.


9. Minor children must be supervised at all times by an adult: Do not allow children to roam unattended in common areas or park buildings.


10.Keep pets (cats & dogs)  on leash at all times when outside: Excessive barking is not allowed. Pets can not be left unattended or tied up at any time. If your pet is outside, you must be outside with them and they must be on a leash. Always pick up after your pets. All pets must be properly vaccinated. No animals in common areas: laundry rooms, bathrooms or any park buildings.


11. Do not feed feral (wild or unowned) cats on park grounds:  Do not feed ducks bread products; it's bad for their digestion. 


12. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour everywhere in the park. Security cameras are in place, speeding may result in fines.


13. Park your vehicle in your assigned parking area:  Park parallel to your camper/RV; not parallel to the road and not on grass. Enter the park & circle to your lot so that you pull directly into the spot. Move your vehicle when lawn care providers are in the park if at all possible.  Move your vehicle during high winds if your unit sits under trees. Some lots only have room for one vehicle, extra parking is available at the office. If your vehicle is parked anywhere but on your lot without permission from management/owner, a $25 per day fee will be added to your invoice. 



















14. Avoid hitting road markers: fees may apply if you continuously knock them down.


15. Be respectful of other's space.  Stay off of grass & muddy areas if at all possible. Walk & drive on gravel if possible & not on others camp sites.


16. If you are expecting mail: please check the small mailbox to the right of the front door office.  You cannot change your address to the business address, but you can have your mail forwarded.  Delivered mail will be placed in the box daily. Packages will be on the front porch to left of the office door unless you request other arrangements.

18. Toilets/Sewer System: Place only toilet paper into toilets. Do not place baby wipes, diapers, feminine products, etc. into the sewer system. A fee of $75 will be charged for any damage to landscaping or the natural habitat.


19 Large outdoor mats must be made of a material which allows grass to grow. Rotate mats frequently to avoid killing grass and/or creating mud holes.


20.  Do not disturb landscaping:  Cutting or injuring plants, trees or shrubs is strictly forbidden. Do not rake or blow leaves outside of your camp site or otherwise disturb the natural habitat of the park.


21.  No outside firewood is permitted. Firewood can be purchased at the office. Fire rings are for wood and paper only, no garbage.  Please ask if you need to move a fire ring or benches. 


22. Large tent/gazebos may be allowed for temporary functions & must be removed when not in use. If you need to put up any temporary/permanent structure, please check with the office first before you install it.


23. Catch & release pond fishing only.


24.  Golf carts must be insured and remain on roads. Operators must be 18 or older.  Please limit use when grounds are wet. Any other forms of small motorized vehicles are not allowed. 


25. Maintenance/Repairs: Water and/or electricity may be turned off at any given time for repairs and/or to prevent damage to systems. Management will notify if at all possible by text, please let us know if you do not want to be notified by text.


26. The clubhouse is exclusively for park events, snowbirds, camping clubs & 4 or more units staying more than 1 night. Should you like to use the clubhouse for personal use, please contact the office.


EXTENDED STAY CUSTOMERS:

Outdoor garbage cans are not allowed on your camp site. Please use the garbage dumpster daily


Wash Unit every 6 months or as needed 


Shower usage is not included in your camp site fee. The monthly fee for use of the showers is $22  per month. Please inform the office if you  need to use the showers.

                   

Your rent notice will be placed on your camper door on your due date. Call the office manager number to ensure someone will be available to collect your rent. A lock box is provided to the left of the front door. Pay your camp site fees on time to avoid late fees; it is our practice to charge $75 if fees are more than 72 hrs past due. If. you are having issues paying on time, please call us to make appropriate  arrangements.

                 

Toilets/Sewer: Please do not place anything into toilets/sewer system other than toilet paper; no baby wipes, diapers, or feminine products allowed.
